Ok after reading reviews which were not good by the way, I decided to take a chance and buy this watch. When it was delivered, I opened up the box and saw the 2 tools you are supposed to use to assemble the watch band. First all, the manual requires that you use a hammer and the pin tool to knock out the pins in the links of the watch band. I had to take out 3 links to make the watch band fit my wrist. I was working on getting the pin out of the third link and the pin tool point broke. Very cheap tool. I only attempted to get the pin out twice. After that I had to use other tools I owned such as a small screw driver, a tiny nail, and a needle nose pliers to pull the pin out. So I successfully got the links in the watch band set , now the real problem would start... When you get this watch you have to attach the watch band to the actual watch. It comes with a tool designed to set the pin in and extra pins. The company that made the watch must know when you get to this step you're going to break some pins so that's why they give you extra. Let me tell everyone this was very difficult to align the pin on both sides because the hole were not drilled very well for the pin to go in them. I probably spent 2 hour or more trying to get pin set. This is a poorly designed watch and not worth your money. I don't recommend this company or their watch. This watch may look cool but trust me don't waste your time or money on a poor quality watch.Pros:1. The watch is great-looking.2. The digital readout is large.Cons:1. It is very heavy. But you might expect that in a watch of this type.2. The digital readout is almost impossible to read unless the light is turned on. Even in bright sunlight, it would be easy to think it was only an analogue watch.3. The manual is practically useless. Sadly, it seems obvious that TVG did not spend a few more dollars to hire an English speaking person to write it. The manual does not even mention the date or how to correct it.Nice looking watch but a little hard to read the date. Would be much better if it had a lightThe watch is great ! I was actually able to set it myself. Its a bit on the large size but normal. When pressing the light in the dark you can actually read it just fine. You don't have to wrinkle your eyes to try to read it. Very nice, am able to read everything on the watch without having to stare at it. He just LOVES IT !!!My watch that I purchased on Nov 2nd of 2018 has water in the watch. It has a one year guarantee, how do I claim it?It comes with a one year guarantee, but the website is all in Chinese, so no help from that. Nice looking watch, but crap.Am returning. Mine did not come with tools. The clasp did not latch without force. The band is very cheesy. But the face and head of the watch is very nice.My husband really likes this watch. The black is very sleek and is formal and informal for any occasion or daily wear. He especially loves that it is analog and digital. The links were not hard to remove to adjust the size either. The band was a little squeaky and so far that’s his only complaint.Nice watch, the look at awesome. I love it
