Looks great. Band feels cheaper than my older fossil watchesi really like the aesthetic of this watch. its a 42mm watch so it doesn't look too small on my large wrists. the overall design has a retro/vintage look going on. this is a perfect watch for those dressier events while also being a great everyday wear watch. the band is genuine leather although its not the highest quality its nice enough. i really like the quick release feature on the watch band. it makes it easy to switch up the look. the watch is weighty enough for my taste while not feeling overly heavy. the illumination on the markers is decent and makes reading the time in the dark easy. the watch ships in a fun metal container decorated with fun designs. i like this as it also works well for band storage or whatever else you want to use it for. i think that given the overall quality and fun packaging this would make a great gift, either for yourself or someone else.This is a simple, classically styled watch, and it looks fantastic. I ordered the model with the green dial to fill a gap in my collection, and it's exactly what I was hoping it would be. The racing green goes perfectly with a couple of NATO straps I own.The strap that comes with the watch doesn't impress me all that much, though. It's a genuine (i.e. fairly low grade) leather strap with burnished edges, and it looks a little on the cheap side. Personally I'd prefer to pay a little more for a Horween leather strap. On the upside the strap comes with quick release pins, so it's an easy job to switch it for something a little nicer.All in all this is a solid option, and I'm happy to recommend it.Fossil's Dayliner Green and Brown watch is a stunning timepiece. The deep green face, gold colored numerals and hands, silver stainless case, and "aged" leather brown band all combine to give the watch and elegant, classy, and timeless look.This Fossil looks much more expensive than the price suggests. It really needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. In a photo you can't see how rich the face color is, the detail in the raised numerals, or the fine finish on the case.The watch is thin with a moderately large diameter case. The watch fits my narrow wrist well as a 5'6" and 135 pound male, but I have to wear it on the last hole in the strap. It is comfortable to wear all day.The large face and clear numerals make it easy to read at a glance, but I would have appreciated it if the hands and numerals had a finish that allowed them to glow for a bit at night.So far the watch has kept perfect time.All in all... a delight.The watch has a very simplistic design which is also very attractive at the same time. The different color options are just perfect that fit most tastes in my opinion. I ordered the blue one which really looks very nice on casual or even formal wear. Lens provide a crystal clarity and it resists starches too. Overall, the watch provides very good quality material around stainless case, genuine leather band, crystal clear lens that is water resistant and light water resistance too.Personally, I love everything about Fossil- they make great quality stuff at reasonable prices. I can be sure that the leather is a genuine leather, the watch will work and not stop after a month ( I have had 2 so far, one of which is 10years old, still working). This men’s watch is not an exception- it looks great, the quality is obvious. The band is made of genuine leather ( which means it will not get busted or discolored from contact with water). Love it!This watch has a vintage look to it that appeals to my taste.
