Great buy!I got this watch for a coworker's retirement. It showed up with the box taped and the sleeve looking very rough. The display box slides sideways out of the sleeve and is pressboard. So when I tried to remove the tape, it pulled up the outer black layer, making the display box look as raggedy as the sleeve. NOT what is needed for a retirement gift that is going to be presented to someone. Cutting the tape to get the display box out, it looked like the watch had been sitting for very long time. The watch battery was dead? (no movement of the seconds dial). This is listed as an analog watch that may require winding if it does not have a self winding feature. There was no literature or product information on how to wind and set the watch time in the box. So I honestly don't know if dead or not wound. There was scratches on the clasp from contacting the bottom of the box even through the protective plastic on the clasp.I considered this DOA as, while the watch itself was physically beautiful, everything else about this was really bad. It honestly looks like this one fell behind a shelf for a few years and was just recently found and sent out. RETURNED.There are two "variations" of this product, one costing USD 200+ and a cheaper one, my review is for the last one (Today's deals)Compared to another Bulova watch I purchased before: The box looks old and then there's no actual manual and/or product information. The bracelet seems dirty or maybe stained especially the clasp. The glass came without a plastic protector.Bottom line: don't waste money on the cheaper version.So far it looks and works greatNothing perfect tyI bought this watch originally from a Kay Jewelry for $187 after we spent some time negotiating the price. I came home and noticed that my watch was most likely already used. I started doing my search online and found this beautiful watch for a little over $120 and, of course, I made my purchase. I will return my other watch to Kay. This watch is very beautiful. It may be warn as a dress watch or every day watch. The rose color is very beautiful and matches perfectly my rose gold rings. The face is so interesting. The play of the pink face and dial is noticeable across the room. The dial numbers are very polished and sparkle. Very feminine. I love the low bezel setting. It's only 4.5-5.0 millimeters, so looks very expensive. Great steal for $127.Looks and works like a watch costing ten times the amount I paid for it. Pretty enough for formal wear, yet cheap enough for everyday wear. My wife loved it.I love this watch! It's perfect for a night out or for casual attire. Voy a pensar si lo regreso o noFirst Impressions: This watch is really pretty and dainty. It is simple and definitely timeless. I probably won't store it in there, but it came in a nice top and front opening plush watch box. I have a fairly average sized wrist and got three links taken out of it. Now it still has a little room, but the strap won't jangle and the face won't flip over to the other side of my wrist.Pros: It is a classic and classy watch that can easily go from day at the office to night on the town. The rose gold colour is stunning. My skin is really sensitive to metals, but so far I haven't had any reaction to it. The time was simple to set and even though it doesn't have actual numbers, it is still pretty easy to read.Cons: The band scratches really easily. I have been wearing it to work the last couple days (I work an office job-but I do move around and do hands on tasks). The band is already scratched on the bottom side, and the finish seems to have come off parts of some of the links on the bottom as well. I guess from just brushing against my desk etc.Overall, I really like the looks of this watch and versatility (eg. the amount of settings you could wear it in). But, I'm disappointed in the durability. I understand that it's a nice watch that you should be gentle to-but I don't think the coating on the metal should come off as easily as it does!I LOVE this watch!! It was delivered pretty quick, and it’s great for work. I needed a watch with a second hand for work that was also water resistant. THIS is perfect. I have not had any issues so far. I’ve only had it for about 3 weeks, so hopefully I won’t have any. Love it!!!I love this watch!
