(A) No sound and no green light: Either the Battery or the Electronic parts are in poor condition. Solution: Check / renew battery and re-test. (B) If there is a sound and the green light flashes, but the watch hands do not move: The Battery and the Electronic parts are in good condition, but the Mechanical parts are in poor condition.
